Jyodent® Rectangular Blocks with Metal Shanks in Opaque Zirconia (ZBS)
Jyodent® Opaque Rectangular Blocks are manufactured from clinical grade Japanese YTZP Zirconia Ceramic Powder. They feature High Strength, Biocompatibility, Homogenous density. Restoratives fabricated from pre−sintered Jyodent® Zirconia ZBS blocks have high flexural strength of 1200 MPa. Jyodent® ZBS Blocks are designed for manufacturing of coping, monolithic crowns and long span bridges up to 7 units.
Jyodent® ZBS Rectangular blocks are compatible with Sirona Cerec* Machine.

Jyodent® Rectangular Blocks with Metal Shanks in Translucent Zirconia (IS-TR-ZBS)
Jyodent® (IS-TR-ZBS) are manufactured from clinical grade Japanese YTZP Translucent Zirconium oxide powder with a translucency of 44.6%. It allows perfect light transmission in the anterior region. With strength of 1,100 MPa (3 point−bending strength) it is ideal for single unit monolithic crowns as well as long span bridges up to 6 units.
Jyodent® IS-TR-ZBS Rectangular Blocks are compatible for SIRONA Cerec* Machine.

Jyodent® Rectangular Blocks with Metal Shanks in Extreme Translucent Zirconia (IS-ETR-ZBS)
Jyodent® (IS-ETR-ZBS) are manufactured from clinical grade Japanese YTZP extremely high Translucent Zirconium oxide powder. It is a third generation Zirconium oxide, a hybrid, tetragonal polycrystal structure with it’sperfect fit for monolithic restorations. It ensures extra translucency with high stability, high performance and fracture toughness as compared to glass ceramics. With a translucency of 49% it allows perfect light transmission and gives outstanding aesthetic looks and feel of a natural tooth. With a strength of over 600 MPa and excellent translucency, it is a perfect alternative to Lithium Disilicate. It is ideal for single unit monolithic crowns up to 3 units bridge work.

This new line offers dental technicians an esthetic, strong and versatile product ideal for universal applications with Pre-shaded Translucent Zirconia Rectangular Blocks with Metal Shanks. There is no need for pre−staining.
Jyodent® (IS-TR-CZBS) are manufactured from clinical grade Japanese YTZP Translucent Zirconium oxide powder with a translucency of 41% and strength of 1,100 MPa. It is a boon for dental laboratories as the Immersion and brush-on technique gets reduced. It is ideal for single unit monolithic crowns up to 3 units bridge work and long span bridges up to 7 units.
Available in A1*, A2*, A3*, B3*, C1* & D2* shade (*Vita shade)
